My viral hack for Christmas veg! 🎄Blanching vegetables is a great way to reduce cooking time.. which is amazing because the oven is in hot demand Christmas day! Plus the less time I have to be in the kitchen on the day itself, the better!Blanching times: Carrots & parnips - 10 mins, Brussel sprouts - 5 mins.
