The season is drawing ever closer. It’s barely spring and Easter is super early which means we won’t get going till later in April. Our trips are small groups guided by marine biologists with low impact philosophy. We hope to see exciting things with calm seas but no trip ever has a guarantee. Over the years we’ve moved further away from day trips to focus on multi-day experience where we can work around the weather. This gives much more opportunity to reach exposed locations and encounter calm

After a couple months based on Coll for the summer season, we’re now demobbed and re-setup for our last few weeks of Oban trips. Big winds and tides today made for decent waves to play with at the Corryvreckan. | Basking Shark Scotland
