How do you make a car turbo sound?

I need some advice from someone who knows more than me about blow thru turbo carby setups. This is making about 5psi when under full load and this was the only time while driving that it was actually quiet. At the end of the video you can hear a horrible intake noise that is there 95% of the time I was driving it. It’s amazing when it’s quiet but the I take noise is so bad I’m probably going to remove the turbo. Is it something to do with the wastegate, throttle blades, maybe the anti surge hole
