The official kaupapa (theme) of Te Wiki o te Reo Māori 2024, 'Ake Ake Ake - A Forever Language,' celebrates the enduring resilience, adaptability, and strength of te reo. It also reflects New Zealanders' commitment to embracing and learning te reo Māori well in the future 💚 One shining example of this is Moana and the Moahunters’ 1991 classic ‘AEIOU,’ which encourages us to ‘Akona Te Reo’ or ‘learn the language.’ Although largely overlo
