We will work on balance exercises for your turns progressing to the iconic fouettés. Turns have different challenges depending on the type of turn and what exercise they are within. For example it’s challenging to do slow holds of balance, whilst it’s also challenging to do controlled turns after big jumps when the stamina is pushed.
