We had a blast with our Christmas units in speech therapy and occupational therapy during the month of December. At MPT our SLPs employ a literacy based approach using books to introduce new vocabulary and provide context for all therapy activities. Our OT department joins the fun with fine motor and sensory exploration actives related to the context introduced in the literacy unit.
