The Nap • Is it really time to drop it? The nap is one of the most scared and preserved times around here. We plan around it, keep the expectations of it, transition it to a quiet time & everyone (including mama!) gets a much-needed mid-day rest. 😴 Biggest advice when deciding if it’s time to drop the nap is look at *how long* the things of above have been happening. 🛑 Don’t jump to changing things if your child protests a few days of nap.
