Welcome back to Edible or Not! Today we're talking about another common weedy mustard. Tumble mustard, Sisymbrium altissimum! Tumble mustard is an annual with: ✅ Basal rosette of narrow, pinnately compound leaves. ✅ Broccoli-like clusters of flower buds. ✅ Yellow flowers with 4 petals and 6 stamens. ✅ Long narrow seed pods. My favorite way to use tumble mustard is to treat it like rapini or broccoli rabe. Blanch for 2-3 minutes to mellow out the spice and bitterness and then cook or add to other
