For all of you that were asking for the lamb shoulder recipe I did over the weekend. Here it is. It’s foolproof. All you need is good quality lamb and patience while it slowly cooks. Enjoy my friends Ingredients: 1 tbs olive oil1 lamb shoulder bone in (about 1.5kg)1 onion, sliced 1.2L chicken stock 3 sprigs rosemary4 sprigs thyme4 bay leaves Salt and pepperMethod: > Pre heat the oven to 200C and bring lamb out of the fridge 1-2 hours before cooking. Place onion, garlic and herbs in a baking dish
