The Focke Wulf FW190 was a high performance, radial engine powered fighter of the German Luftwaffe and entered service in 1941. This particular example was built in Warnemuende and converted into a two seat trainer. It was surrendered at Grove Airfield in Denmark in May 1945 and flown into storage at RAF Brize Norton in September 1945, by Eric Winkle Brown.
