MARSHMALLOW 3 SIMPLE INGREDIENTS 🤩 Combine 1/2 cup of boiling water with 2 bags of gelatin (14 grams) Mix until the gelatin fully dissolves. In a pot combine 1 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water. Bring it to 240F. In the mixing bowl combine warm gelatin syrup with boiling sugar syrup. Mix on high speed until medium peeks. Line your container with parchment paper and dust lots of powder sugar.
