2023年1月26日 · 1) What often works to fix the Mail app is to go to Windows 11 Mail Settings (gear icon at bottom of Inbox) then Manage Accounts, then choose the problem account(s), then Delete the Account. Restart PC and retrace that path to add the account back.

2018年1月17日 · Before I could do that, the problem seems to have fixed itself. This is a new computer and I also bought office 365 with it. I should have configured this computer to use outlook instead of the mail app. Now that the emails in my outbox have all been sent, I deleted all my accounts from my mail app and will use outlook 2016.
