SpongeBob and Patrick are in Squidward's flowers. Patrick feels bad when Squidward says that Patrick doesn't have a nose. Patrick picks up a shell from the hermit crab, thinking it is its nose, but biting it. SpongeBob and Patrick are later walking around town when SpongeBob suggests that he should have plastic surgery.
