Apr 18, 2018 · I watched berserk before there was an official dub and the sub called him "Gatsu" in the text. Also the sub I read of the manga also called him "Gatsu". This was really early 2000s. Like 2001 maybe? I didn't know he was called Guts until I watched the dub. So in my mind his name is Gatsu. Guts always sounded weird to me.

According to my studies, 月 can be pronounced Gatsu or Getsu. However, I took a sample N5 test, and it had 月+Some Kanji, and the two of the options were gatsu+XX and getsu+XX. I chose gatsu+XX, and I got the question wrong.

Nov 15, 2011 · While playing skyrim and sporting a GreatSword, it occurred to me that it should be quite possible to create a Gatsu character in Skyrim. I restarted the game, chose a Red Guard (they come with "Adrenaline Rush", aka berserk), and tried to fashion a Gatsu face.
