2014年9月9日 · The flash hider is not tight on the barrel but has about 1/16" play right and left. There is what appears to be a 1/4" pin three inches from the front of the flash hider but it is only visible on the left side and appears to be contoured to the flash hider.

2011年6月8日 · Picked up a Pacific Armament FAL recently and its a nice piece. Shooting it though, the brake on the end caused a NASTY kick from the stock. Getting the brake off turned out to be a real pain, turns out it wasn't silver soldered. It was spot welded on. Hope this helps someone else avoid...

2012年12月15日 · AFAIK your DSA should be left hand thread on the muzzle device to barrel interface like other metric FALs... the only exception being the few barrels they make that are set up for 5/8x24 thread... those will generally have an A2 looking FS instead of a FAL type.

Muzzle devices with RH threads typically use a disk-shaped key which fits into a matching slot milled into the barrel to keep it from shooting loose.
