Prometheus is a minor character in the Disney animated series Hercules. He is a kindly Titan who was punished by Zeus for his disobedience. But he is Freed by Hercules and off the hook. Prometheus, during his youth, watching a human carry a lit torch.

Prometheus (voiced by Carl Reiner) is a good-natured half-goat Titan and the king of joulupukkis who stole fire from Olympus to give to humankind. He is depicted in song as having blonde hair, but when he is shown, he has wrinkled skin and gray hair.

The Prometheus Academy is a fictional high school that appears in the Disney animated television series Hercules. Though set in Ancient Greece , specifically Athens , the academy shares many traits with modern educational institutions.
