2022年3月4日 · Since using Zwift Companion on Android to pair my devices with the Apple TV, and until Tuesday, I never had this issue. But since Wednesday, without changing anything, I can't pair any bluetooth devices with the Zwift Companion app anymore. The devices does not appear at all, as if they did not exist.

2023年11月29日 · The companion app switches to Game when it and Zwift detect each other over your network. Are they both on the same network - ie phone isn't on 4G and Zwift on wifi? Does the Game option appear on the companion menu?

2021年2月11日 · Start Zwift. Don't worry about the companion app or watch. Get into the world and on the virtual bike. Open the companion app. Wait. If it starts loading the map, great! Otherwise close companion app and repeat this step. Hit the little orange bluetooth icon on the top right of screen. It will say a message about not having a device paired.

2022年12月22日 · The Zwift logs have information about the Companion App if you want to dig into those. It'll list IP/etc. If not, get them over to Zwift to review. Edit: I assume it wasn't the Apple Watch Companion App you're having issues with since you say you're 'back to' using it. They also dropped support for it a while back.

2021年1月15日 · Our network has 5 ghz and 2.4 with each having a different name. The Companion app used to work on both but stopped when connected to the 5 ghz. Now, I make sure my iPad and phone are both on the 2.4. The game loads just fine. Also, I had to split tunnel the companion app with Nord VPN.
