Yellowstone National Park covers nearly 3,500 square miles in the northwest corner of Wyoming (3% of the park is in Montana and 1% is in Idaho). Yellowstone has five entrance stations, and several are closed to regular vehicles during winter.

2023年4月4日 · The park recorded 3.3 million visits in 2022, down 32% from 2021, which was the busiest year on record. Historic floods closed public access to the park on June 13. The south loop reopened on June 22 and additional sections of road opened throughout the summer.
