I can play mp4 video files that were recorded prior to this problem in the media player app with no problem. This is a recording issue, not a playback issue. 2020年11月15日 · To connect a webcam you must disable your integrated camera from the device manager when using the webcam. Go to Device Manager, then look for Imaging Devices. Right click on the controller of your integrated camera and disable it. Cordially.

2021年2月4日 · Kindly check on the camera privacy settings and see if the allow apps to access the camera is turned on. Go to settings > privacy > camera > Turn on the allow apps to access your camera.
