2018年4月15日 · When I run the trouble shooter it says I need to plug it into a USB 2 socket. Now I have various USB 3 and 2's on my PC and I always plug it into the same USB 2 when using Bluetooth. On this occasion I plugged it into other USB 2 sockets and Windows insists it is plugged into a USB 3 when it is not. Any help would be appreciated. Regards . David.

To check the same let's connect the new Bluetooth Dongle on a different computer running Windows 8.1 and check if it works. Hope this information helps. 2018年9月8日 · My Bluetooth dongle randomly stopped getting detected on my PC. If I plug the dongle in another PC it works and I can enable/disable it in Devices in Settings. I tried multiple USB ports on my PC and non of them work.

2016年2月18日 · Re reading my post, I think I need to clarify the fact that what I am trying to connect is a usb Bluetooth Transmitter, all 3 show up as CSR Bluetooth and have the following message "The software for this device has been blocked from starting because it is known to have problems with Windows. 2022年5月31日 · I still can only use the USB adapter if I plug it in before booting. But if I want to switch to my onboard adapter I have to reboot. Right now I have my USB one working, but if I want to use Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) I have to reboot. (see image) I didn't have this problem with Windows10 but it's too late I'm stuck with Windows 11.
