Lap swim is intended for those who can swim a full length of the pool without stopping. Individuals who cannot meet this expectation are encouraged to attend a play swim at one of our three indoor pools. Lanes are first come, first served.

De-stress, exercise, and have fun in our state-of-the-art, 25-yard pool and 10-person spa. Programs offered include lap swim, open rec swim, and special events available to Campus Rec members for free. Adult swim clinics, youth swim lessons, and First Aid/CPR/AED and lifeguard certification courses are available for a fee.

The 25-yard "L"-shaped pool offers all levels of swim instruction, open swim, and lap swim daily. We are proud to offer an Adaptive Aquatics program, providing swim lessons for people with special needs, who are unable to participate in group lessons.

Matt Dishman Indoor Pool in Northeast Portland offers lap swim, water fitness, play swims, and swimming lessons.
