In fact 11 Italians were lynched in New Oleans, in the late 1800's. Frequently, Italians, living in the south, were designated as Black on federal census forms.

2018年7月9日 · Given the geographical location of all my recent ancestors (Southern Italy, from 4 towns, where they have been living for at least 250 years), I am not surprised by this result.
