2016年12月15日 · Question from Mbm123 : "Home button on Samsung Smart TV doesn't work" I have had a Samsung UN60KU6300 for about 2 weeks. I hit the home button on the remote to pull up the Smart TV apps to watch YouTube and nothing happens. No menu, nothing. Can't even get to settings, etc. Anyone else having this issue or know why this changed out of the blue?

Called Samsung they ran a remote check and troubleshoot...nothing helped they told me it needs service. I have googled and read a few different issues it could be. Has anyone else had this issue.

I was wondering whether I can buy an adapter or anything to connect the home theatre to my TV and be able to use the surround sound when I watch normal TV lr other apps from my TV.
