My concern was that it sounded like SNES9x Emulation via Retroarch may end up being the only option for adding more games to the SNES Classic. Fortunately, I believe I misinterpreted the comment that lead me to believe this. SNES9x Retroarch emulation is not nearly as good as the native SNES Classic emulator.

It's practically impossible to brick the SNES with Hakchi, this program is awesome and you can recover from anything.
