2015年4月24日 · Because contrary to the belief of way too many parents today (my oldest is 26), part of your responsibility to your children is to TEACH them how to behave. Children need to be taught that roller skating inside a home is not ok. Neither is playing basketball, climbing on furniture, or screaming.

2025年1月14日 · Sadly, it did nothing, and the alley quickly turned into a skating rink and our garbage/recycling wasn't collected until yesterday when things finally had melted enough. (it doesn't help that our alley is downhill, making it even more tricky for garbage trucks).

My bill was $590 but it’s teenagers so we served ourselves pizza she brought to us and cleaned up ourselves and served ourselves drinks from the soda fountain in our party room. I gave her $40.

2011年8月19日 · We live in a condo, very few kids. DD is 7, but has playdates every weekend, and her friends ride the bus home with her on Fridays (the day I work from home). We also schedule activities together - for example, DD signed up for after school classes with a friend, and she takes skating classes on Saturday with another friend.
