2011年3月6日 · Some of my most favored T's are among the less rare of my collection. P. cambridgei, B. albopilosum, this one G. rosea, A. metallica, these are the specimens I get more enjoyment from. On the flip side, C. marshalli, E. pachypus, A. witchitanum, A. sp "huahcuca"; all are more rare than the previous but also less interesting. (In my opinion)

2020年4月14日 · Hognas are around here and a really nice size, but they're so hard to find and rare, I wouldn't bet on finding one. Is the best time for wolf spider hunting at night? I went around today to look for some hiding under bark and such in my yard, but only found slugs, flatworms, and teensy spiders.

2019年10月10日 · Finances are curently on the skint side after the house move and me pulling the trigger on some rare spiders and a incubator is needed for my breeding projects. I tried using a DIY one made of Styrofoam box but it ended up being a disaster and due to bad setup and few not considered bits lost 90% of my last sack during incubation.

I have a C.salei but that’s not a T and it’s not really rare per say but I don’t see a lot of people who own them or talk about them…could be wrong but anyways. I am purchasing next week for my birthday a Davus sp. panama and a T. cyaneolum though.

2014年6月11日 · Doesn't seem like a pet store could make a lot of money off of expensive rare Spiders unless selling online. Guess the joke is still going over my head. Hype meaning everyone raves about it, and rarity meaning not as prevalent as B Smithi...like the P.metallica, or B Klassi.

2006年4月28日 · When Jon Fouskaris (petbugs.com) put the care sheet online several years back, C, thorelli (really schioedtei) was rare in the hobby, if fact only a few had made it stateside. Hence the word rare is used in is his care guide. It is not rare in its native home land Malaysia.

2021年3月23日 · There are a lot of species of 6 eyed sand spiders. There are Sicarius sp and Hexophthalma sp. Sicarius thomisoides are 99.9% of the time the ones you find for sale. They have the less potent venom compared to say Hexophthalma hahni. Fantastic little spiders to own (I have 3) and will be well worth the wait.
