2009年5月29日 · Next time you add new fish, it would be best to acclimate them slowly. You can either leave the fish in the bag or put it in a bucket. Slowly add your tank water to the water the fish came with. Add around 1/4 cup every 15 min until half the water or more is your own tank water. I have spent a good hour or two acclimating new fish.

2014年4月17日 · I have a 37 gallon tank (tall)that I used to use to keep tropical community fish in. I was considering getting som cichlids for the tank but am unsure what should/can get. Since I have never had cichlids before I don't know what species to look at given my tank.

2013年6月10日 · THe fish was looking distressed in the 100% well water, so I did a 50% mix with RO water. He sems happy now. He ate with appetite and I am adding bacteria since I had to set up the tank again after my other fish died. That who tank was treated with the PH buffer stabilizer. Please advise me on the ciclying oon this tank.

2008年5月20日 · This is my first time at this, or any fish forum, so forgive me if I get things wrong. I set up my freshwater tank 4 months ago. Put lots of plants in, made a CO2 setup from a plan I found online and contrary to the problem most seem to have, my plants grow too fast!

2008年2月15日 · The rams and angels are gorgeous and resilient fish. My angels are Kois with Yellow heads. In my experience the most interesting and resilient fish to start off with are Angels and Rams. Im in the midst of cycling my 260 litre bow front tank which also is planted but this time I had two beds done. The soil as the first layer followed by the gravel.

2012年6月26日 · I intend to be very strict with this tank since I am doing a Fish-In Cycle and follow my pre-set instructions religiously. - Thanks! P.S. My new tank is the Fluval Roma 125 (125 Litres / 33 US Gallons). I only intend to use 2-3 -small- fish to begin the cycling, so as to not overload the water with too much Ammonia from the fish waste.
