2024年12月7日 · Bought 4 cartridges in July 2024 from Office Depot and installed them now, previous just ran out. Unfortunately the Magenta color doesn't seem to work. The remaining other three cartridges purchased at the same time, seem to be working fine. The Magenta one has spilled all inside of my printer and workspace as well.

2017年11月11日 · As the magenta color is printing on the diagnostics page, it looks like an issue with the driver. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers from the root level on your PC and install the full feature printer software. (Windows Only) In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features. Select your HP printer. Select Uninstall.

2019年1月28日 · The printer slowly stopped printing magenta, even tho it said that there was 60% of that ink remaining. The first time through I was able to restore printing by cleaning the heads and removing/replacing that cartridge. When the problem returned I purchased ANOTHER HP magenta cartridge, but still have the same problem.
