Madrasapattinam (transl. Madras Town) is a 2010 Indian Tamil-language historical romantic drama film written and directed by A. L. Vijay. The film stars Arya with Amy Jackson (in her feature film debut), while Carole Trangmar-Palmer plays an older version of Amy.

Chennai, originally known as Madras Patnam, was located in the province of Tondaimandalam, an area lying between Pennar river of Nellore and the Pennar river of Cuddalore.
