2023年12月16日 · As a kid (I’m 21 now) ninjago was my favourite Lego theme. When I was 10 I got the fire temple which was my first huge Lego set. I want to get back into collecting Lego as I love the process of building them. So I thought I should get a ninjago set as my first set in years. And I really love the Ninjago City Gardens vs City market.

2022年7月2日 · Ninjago City Gardens is one of the most beautiful sets lego has come out with; it’s also been out longer than the Daily Bugle, so I’m not sure how much longer it has in its shelf life. They both have a massive number of mini figs for their prices. If you are mostly in it for that, choose based on getting your favorite figs.

2022年5月6日 · Honestly the Ninjago city sets don't mesh with the modulars. Aside from the obvious stylistic differences, the Ninjago city sets have a water layer around the base that is higher than the sidewalk on the modulars. Unless you have a solution to this, it will look silly seated next to any other non-Ninjago modular building.

2023年1月30日 · Seems about right based on Ninjago City Gardens. That one is almost 6000 pieces, and started at a (great) price of 299.99 before being bumped to 349.99. Almost the same price-per-piece as this new one if it's just over 6000 for 379.99.

2021年12月16日 · Gardens is so beautifully chaotic that I don't think it's possible for it to be repetitive. Plus it has a lot more pieces for the same price. So from a pure building experience, I'd say the Garden is a no-brainer. If I were you, I'd only choose the Bugle if you need those minifigures in your life, or you need a good office building in your Lego ...

Interestingly, if you were to combine LEGO’s only 2 photos of implied ”suggestions” (first per their photo of the combined first 3 sets on the LEGO website and 2nd per the image on the back of the Markets’ box) you’d have a large L-shape with the Gardens serving as the unifying corner of all 4 sets - and the L measuring 4 x 3 ...

2023年6月13日 · I would go with Gardens first as well since it will be out of circulation sooner and the city Modulars go for crazy money on the aftermarket. Then save up for the Markets. But ultimately it depends most on what you’re looking for in the set. Gardens is a great display piece and each story and building can be easily removed for access.

2023年6月11日 · Get Gardens first, it will retire sooner. Markets will probably be on sale for at least 2 or 3 years. The 2 retired sets, Ninjago city, and Ninjago city docks will cost an arm and a leg, but the longer you wait the more likely they'll just get more expensive
