Igor V. Babailov, Hon.RAA, American portrait artist, best known for commissioned portrait paintings of Presidents, Prime Ministers, Popes for the Vatican, nobility and Royal families, Supreme Court Justices, recognized as Maestro by the Vatican Curator, Hon. member of the Russian Academy of Arts.

Babailov's uniqueness as an artist is evident in his large-scale mural-size works such as the historical painting of the Columbus voyage to the Americas which received national and international acclaim and which was featured in a number of magazines and publications.
