His trip is also made for Kitchen - a little-used spot that doesn't need someone to watch. Sova - His dart excels on Icebox; the openness of the design allows multiple good dart spots that reveal large areas.

In my opinion icebox is such a breath in a fresh air on Valorant. Valorant is currently my "side game" because I play CSGO a lot more. The one thing I dislike about Valorant's maps is they have a lot of "small hallways" when Icebox got a lot of more open spaces. So yeah, Split and Icebox are currently 2 of my favorite maps so far.

A Viper Astra KJ Cypher Sova will be able to defend any map in the game, but will also struggle horribly when attacking.

Icebox is honestly a bad map, I don't know what the goal was for the dev, but a map with no choke points and a very open site for post plant isn't interesting. The map doesn't incentivise to actually take the site as you can just plant with a a minimal cover and leave to play post plant.

I enjoy train. After going through icebox, I don't see how it's even close to train. You can block the entries on train easily. You can't do that with icebox. I dred the day icebox is added to competitive because there is no way its a competitively viable map. This is the worst one yet. Which sucks because I was very excited about it.

2024年5月7日 · I am level 39. Since I am someone who loves to be aggressive and take on enemies, I generally use Yoru, specifically for maps like Icebox, Breeze, Lotus. Idk if theoretically this is the right agent or not, but I find it very easy to play with him, especially his teleportations and his ult is very helpful for me to sneak attack and get a few kills.

Valorant, on the other hand, requires you to be tactical and methodical. There's no reason why you have to clear 4 angles, all with different vertical heights, in a single peek. There's already a lack of smoke utility in this game, and the map just exaggerates it. Icebox is not hated because it's different, it's hated because it's bad.
