2021年4月20日 · We are having the same issue on a HP MFP M280 using the HP smart scanning app version: 127.1.115.0 This is affecting multiple customers using the HP smart app. All windows 10 printer defaults are set to a4, as are any setting we can find via the Advanced printer settings.

2022年5月28日 · If you cannot (or do not wish to) use HP Scan, If you use the flatbed and scan one page at a time, Open HP Smart > scan > flip page > use + Add Page > repeat for each page in the document . OR. HP Smart can be used to scan the content with the ADF . Scan pages > Flip stack and Scan > Manually reorder the pages before the document is saved / shared

2022年5月3日 · When I run HP Smart scanning the screen stays blank when it loads 7 pages from the automatic feeder. I thought there was a problem with the printer. I then let it remain blank for about 30 seconds and only then did the pages appear. Is this ok or is there a problem. This hanging with the blank screen did not happen previously.
