In outlook on an iOS phone, within an email, you can change fonts when the cursor is in the composition area, tapping the “less than” symbol and it will show options; select the Aa format option and you can change the font type for only that email. It is a pain to do this for each email. 2. I don’t recommend that you jail break your phone.
