Below is a link to a OneNote document set up to this style as well as the picture used for the Cornell margins (in case anyone wants to change it for themselves). You can set this OneNote page as the default template for a section so that all new pages in that section use the template.

2016年1月16日 · I couldn't figure out how to get it to have lined paper, but remove the left side margin in the process (as the Cornell notes feature a larger margin for key points/questions). With the A4 page template, it doesn't allow you to create lines/shapes right up to the edge of the paper.

Then use the shapes tool and the third pen to create your Cornell lines. 3 full boxes on top, 6 full boxes on bottom, and 7 full boxes for the topics margin on the left. Export all three out of goodnotes one by one, as PDFs. Then you can bring them back in as templates with the lines that won’t be editable.

2023年3月23日 · At the bottom of the page, there's a +New Notes template button that gives you the notes setup without all of the intro text. You can delete all of the stuff up top once you understand how to use the template and just use the template button to create a new set of notes each time you want to do so.
