2024年12月20日 · I had the same problem. The crash is caused by "MobileDevice.dll." Both iTunes and the Apple Devices app use that file and both of the latest versions were crashing. I downloaded a slightly older version of iTunes (12.13.2) and was able to restore my iPad Pro.
