Camp Fallujah (formerly known as the MEK (Mujahedin-E Khalq) Compound) is a large compound in Fallujah, Iraq formerly used by the U.S. Marines from 2004 to 2009.

Still commonly referred to as Camp Fallujah, MEK Compound is a military base located in Fallujah and used for the common conflicts in Iraq. The base is relatively small and is adjacent to another base nearby – Dreamland.

Near the end of Occupation of Iraq (2003–2011), the last several camps and forward operating bases were changed to contingency operating bases and sites. At the height of the occupation the US had 170,000 personnel in uniform stationed in 505 bases throughout all provinces of Iraq.
