2017年8月7日 · Over the years since they opened the store in Wheeling, I have bought I suppose a dozen guns from Cabelas. Only one new one, and the rest were all from the Gun Library. I have always been able to get them to come down, sometimes more than others. I know that they are high to start with, so on these used guns at least, they have room to negotiate.

2009年12月5日 · I don't have a Cabela's anywhere near me so while on a road trip this weekend decided to stop in and check it out. My first observation is the 'recovery' in terms of consumer spending seems well underway, at least at Cabela's. The store was jammed, every checkout stand open and a long line at each.

2024年10月19日 · I don't usually shop for 1911's anymore. My main focus is typically on S&W revolvers. With 45 ACP being one of my favorite calibers, I have accumulated quite a few 1911's, from various manufactures but I have never had one in 38 super, until today. I stopped by my area Cabela's and found this one.

2024年12月31日 · My local Cabela's does not allow any guns past the front door without being checked and cleared. So far no metal detector wands, but I'm surprised it's not instituted. The gun counter is long, and all sales people are conscientious about safe handling. Same for the local Bridgeport chain store.

2024年11月25日 · Harbor Freight has .50 GI type steel cans, also smaller .30 plastic cans, often they are on sale. eBay has about every size plastic ammo boxes you need, both new and used. I have seven of the Harbor Freight .30 plastic cans, got on sale for about $3 each as I remember. To me, they are OK for storage.

2024年8月1日 · Priced on the right side of Cabela’s schizophrenic pricing - check 15 bucks off for being an American heeero - check. They took the lock dingus off and the action was all it should be. The nickel is perfect except for the greasy residue from previous handlers. It will shine like a diamond with a little rubdown.
