2022年11月21日 · I found the LG Media player, which seems 'ok'. It's not as feature rich as Kodi, it doesn't seem to remember which files you've finished watching (Kodi puts a tick on it). However, the biggest problem by far is some files do not play properly - for example, the video plays way too fast, while the audio is normal. Very weird.

2022年2月7日 · The RealTek 1619DR players (Zidoo, Dune HD, Zappiti) all use the same turnkey RealTek SDK for video player so all should produce the same picture quality (and audio quality through HDMI). Everything will play on them except DV FEL and some obscure & uncommon codecs. I have a Zidoo and I like it over the Shield Pro 2019.

2021年8月21日 · No player would ordinarilly be used as a server. The server is the device and or hardrive on which the files are stored and has nothing to do with the playback. You can host a Plex client (player) on a Zidoo player. The server app would need to be hosted on a NAS is wanting to use Plex as the server. Plex comes in 2 flavours.
