2020年9月5日 · The muzzle brake is just a fucking hindrance on the AK-12, and the folding grip is unnecessary on the gun, as well. Why? Because you can easily control the predictable, vertical recoil. There's also next to nothing for camera kick on the AK-12.

2022年7月3日 · Got the chance to fire a few machine guns at the range day portion of the Rifle Dynamics build class that I attended back in May, and the AK-12 is definitely one of the most pleasant rifles that I’ve ever had the chance to fire. Obviously the brake on the end definitely helps, but in general 5.45x39 is a really comfortable round to fire.

2020年3月20日 · AK-12 barrels have different dimensions than AK-74 barrels and lack specific features like the journal that interacts with the AK-12 handguard to prevent it from flexing excessively and the shoulder for the barrel mounted sling swivel. Also, it will have the slots/cuts for a handguard retainer which the AK-12 lacks.

2020年10月24日 · The AK-12 rear peep sight is extremely small. Too small for a combat rifle, IMHO. I really like the KNS adjustable AK rear sight, but as is, it will not work with the AK-12 rear sight base that mounts to the rail. Obviously, I wasn't excited about machining the actual AK-12 base given their scarcity, so in comes the airsoft version.
