I am seeking assistance regarding a concern with my Acer Aspire 7 laptop. After installing the Predator Sense software to control fan speed, I noticed the Predator logo appearing in the bootup sequence. Despite a factory reset, the logo persists. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and are there any recommendations on how to address it?
