2022年8月23日 · I wouldn't be surprised if some of those 'adults' are paid bots. It's been well established that 5 minute crafts and most of their copycats are from content mills. Reusing bad, low effort footage and paying people to write cheap, poorly written scripts makes a ton, and any video that doesn't do well gets an algorithm boost from bots.

An old plastic bottle used to make a broom or an old shirt made into a new dress is complete bullshit. Using empty chips packets as plant pots is not innovative and definitely not a craft. It’s a waste of time and material.

While the 5 minute craft and their other content outlets are apolitical (though there has been evidence content that is political/Russian propaganda has been scrubbed meticulously from their accounts), the money they make from their more innocuous videos is funneled into true political content.
