Hello, I just purchased a 2015 AWD Equinox. I am perplexed as to the gas mileage, tank size, etc. My 08 equinox seems better on gas mileage. Does anyone else have this issue? I had about 1/8 of a tank left, no fuel light, and yet it only took about 13 gallons. Makes no sense. Thanks!!!

July 2015 edited July 2015 If you have a multimeter you can check for a parasitic draw. Disconnect the negative battery cable, and put the meter on Amperage reading, place the black lead on the battery ground terminal, and the red lead on the metal battery cable hoop, the amperage should be very low, somewhere around 0.05 or lower amps.

I was bruised and dazed. It was very frightening to this 60 year old lady! I am on limited income. Does anyone else have any info on this? I purchased July 3, 2019.

The outside Temp. sensor on my Equinox LT 2008 has gone hay wire. It worked well for 4 1/2 years nut now it sows the right temp when you first start the car. But while driving, the temperature starts to rise and goes up to 45C then starts to drop and goes down to about 15 degrees even though the outside temperature is only 27C.

Bought a 2012 Chevy Equinox LTZ 2 days ago. Today, the FOB in my pocket opened the power liftgate. Problems is, the doors were locked. The owner's manual says you need to unlock the car before being able to open the gate however, in my case, I am repeatedly able to open the liftgate with my FOB when the doors are locked. Thoughts?

I have a 2011 Chevy equinox and it’s been having some starting issues. There is some days it will start and go just fine and then it will have days that it won’t start. It’s been 3 days now that it won’t start. When we try to start it, all the lights on the dashboard come on the headlights come on, the radio comes on.
