The jeep has rounded fenders, split wind shield, and spare wheel on the rear. I will also need to replace the front two seats with original seats, as the original seats have been removed.

2015年7月6日 · Downside to using that eng/trans is you are stuck with whatever t-case it came with factory, which is probably not as good as a Jeep D300 or D20. I don't believe there are any adapters to marry it to a D300 or D20 Jeep t-case. Also I think it would be too long overall. Better suited to install in a FSJ or something along those lines.

2020年5月13日 · Hmm, the timing does migrate a little bit. This is a major project that my parents gave to my son for his 16th birthday. It was their old plow Jeep. Frame was broken, didn't run, no top, body mounts shot, etc. We've been working on it for a couple of years. We'll add timing chain to our list of future projects.

I am looking for a good air cleaner conversion for a 1967 CJ5 w/ 225 dauntless v6 from the original stock oil bath type to something more modern. It's running a Rochester 2 barrel carb with a 2 5/8 neck.

2012年4月25日 · You may have some rotted rubber hose due to ethanol. I just re-hosed an '82 CJ5 this past weekend, including the vent hoses at the rollover valve. The send & return lines were rotted and collapsing. The lady who owns the CJ, which as had a 360 swap, has had big problems with vapor lock due to the way the lines were routed.
