What I done was buy a RCA to 3.5mm Jack: 3.5mm 3.5 Jack Socket to 2 Phono/RCA Adapter Cable/Lead on eBay (end time 03-Jan-10 10:31:53 GMT) Which then gave me a headphone socket to plug my headphones into. I then connected that to the audio out sockets on my TV.
