2018年2月13日 · Initially, when I double-clicked a document from Finder, it would start Reader, but the blank window would pop up on top of everything. I couldn't close that window or do anything else within Reader until I Force Quit the app. Then I tried opening Reader from the Applications folder, and I was able to load the document I wanted to view.

2018年12月11日 · The challenge was that the scanner performed normally when used and any document scanned formatted properly into a pdf inside the computer. The document could be saved, opened, viewed and printed inside multiple browsers including, Explorer, Chrome and Acrobat. It was only after a document was emailed did pages show up blank on the receiving end.

As described you are unable to save and get a blank white screen Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.05.20058.

2016年6月14日 · My users are currently having network Windows Explorer windows close randomly. This happens after about ~30-45 minutes. I wonder is this drop of connection the the share is causing Acrobat to display blank pages. I am going to test the file on local desktop first and see if the pages go blank.

2023年10月23日 · Had to use task manager to shut down the app. Installed app Adobe Acrobat Pro x64 ver 23.006.20360 and Windows 11 Pro 22621.2428. I also noted (not sure if related) when trying to print a PDF using Acrobat Online I just get pages of wingding fonts on the preview (and prints same).

It's designed to be able to handle hundreds of thousands of pages, and many gigabytes of file size. So it reads as it goes (using memory to cache). This means it opens a file and leaves it open until the document is closed.
