Swashplate - Wikipedia
A swashplate, also known as slant disk, is a mechanical engineering device used to translate the motion of a rotating shaft into reciprocating motion, or vice versa. The working principle is similar to crankshaft, Scotch yoke, or wobble, nutator, and Z-crank drives in engine designs.

Technologically, aerodynamic forces and moments are generated using a sophisticated device called the swashplate ( Fig. 1) which controls blade pitch angles.
Swashplate (aeronautics) - Wikipedia
In aeronautics, a swashplate is a mechanical device that translates input via the helicopter flight controls into motion of the main rotor blades. Because the main rotor blades are spinning, the swashplate is used to transmit three of the pilot's commands from the non-rotating fuselage to the rotating rotor hub and mainblades.
Figure 1: Geometry of the helicopter swashplate mechanism. list of all the components together with their state of motion is given below. The baseplate is mounted on the fuselage and is connected to the lower swashplate using pushrods and links. Reduced slot, hinge and prismatic joints are used at the baseplate end of the pushrods and links.

Helicopter Swashplate Mechanism - COMSOL
This model illustrates the operation of a swashplate mechanism used in helicopters to translate the input of helicopter flight control into the motion of the rotor blades, and hence controls the orientation of the rotor blades.
Swash Plate - MathWorks
The Swash Plate block is a model of a swash plate mechanism used in axial-piston hydraulic pumps and motors to convert translational motion of a piston into rotational motion of a drive shaft. The mechanism is a combination of a cylinder block or rotor, with the piston fitted inside, and an angled swash plate.
In this paper physical demonstration of the main rotor swashplate control mechanism by moving helicopter control has been done. The helicopter structure with swashplate controls has been built in CATIA V5. In simulation, the rpm reduction/increasing & power transmission of belt drive, pulleys and gears are demonstrated.
