The method I'm going to describe will treat your Steam games as non-Steam games but the overlay should continue to work as before, provided the game supports it.

2024年1月31日 · What works for me is starting the EA app once separately from Steam then quitting it . Steam doesn't always set it up properly again after an update. Just make sure that "Start with Windows" and "Enable background services" are disabled under Settings -> Application. Although if its been installed through Steam it should default to those.
