Static Demon are powerful humanoids featured in Meiyo no Yaiba: Part2. The Static Demons are from a race of ancient, humanoid, super human beings. These beings are now nearly extinct, but used to live hundreds of thousand of years ago in the Asian continent.

Storius is the leader of the Static Demons, and the designer of the Stone Mask. His goal is to evolve further to become immune to the sun's rays, and thus he seeks the Crimson Stone of Shinku to empower his Wisdom book, battling the Breathing users for its possession.
