Here, we developed human single-cell RNA-Seq database (scRNASeqDB), a database that collects and curates publicly available single cell gene expression datasets for humans. Through metadata annotation and unified data processing procedures, it covers 200 human cell groups and 13,440 samples (as of 1 September 2016).
